  • Our service is charged as a percentage of the rent received, with no upfront costs. The management fee is deducted fortnightly, and the remaining rent is transferred directly to you.

  • Dilleen Realty conducts three routine inspections annually, providing photos and a detailed analysis of your property’s status along with recommendations for enhancement. You can also request additional inspections, which can be scheduled with your property manager and tenants.

  • Our experienced property managers provide expert guidance and support for any issues that arise. They can act on your behalf, including assisting with insurance claims. We strongly recommend having comprehensive landlord insurance, such as Terri Scheer.

  • Our property management services operate on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to cancel at any time. We require 30 days' written notice to compile all relevant data before transferring your file to a new management company.
